Late Nine does not guarantee that all items shown in the online shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by phone or e-mail.

If you have been charged the wrong amount, you will be given the option to place a new order at the correct price or cancel your order. All prices within the EU include VAT (sales tax).
Product prices are set using current currency exchange rates and are subject to change if exchange rates fluctuate before your order is accepted, or if items are marked down during the selling period.
The price displayed at the time your order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of error. In such cases, Late Nine will notify you using your provided contact details.
