The Swedish company ERAS AB, reg. no. 5594991506 (“Late Nine”), is the controller of your personal data. Credit card details: Processed securely via SSL encryption. Never stored by Late Nine.
Purchase history: Stored to manage returns, provide service, and improve offerings.
Anonymized data: Used internally for analysis and product/service improvements.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you confirm that you have read and understood its contents and consent to Late Nine’s processing of your data where required.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@late-nine.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Late Nine does not sell or rent customer data. We may share data with selected suppliers (e.g., for delivery, payment processing, database management, e-mail distribution, or marketing services) strictly on Late Nine’s behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
If Late Nine is acquired, merged, or consolidated, customer data may be shared with the new entity, provided it agrees to protect your personal data under this Privacy Policy.
Data may be transferred to suppliers outside the EU/EEA when performing services on our behalf. In such cases, appropriate safeguards will be applied.

We never store payment details. Payments are securely processed using industry-standard technology.

We cannot guarantee that product colors displayed online are perfectly accurate due to screen settings and device differences.
Late Nine reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in case of violations of these Terms, including blocking site access.
In the event of force majeure (war, strike, natural disasters, governmental action, technical failures, etc.), Late Nine’s obligations are suspended. Contracts may be terminated partially or fully by either party in such circumstances.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. The Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement.
