The Swedish company ERAS AB, reg. no. 5594991506 (“Late Nine”), is the controller of your personal data. Late Nine and selected suppliers may process your personal data on Late Nine’s behalf and in accordance with our instructions, thereby acting as processors. Late Nine processes all personal data in a legal, open, and fair manner in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Credit card details: Processed securely via SSL encryption. Never stored by Late Nine.

  • Purchase history: Stored to manage returns, provide service, and improve offerings.

Consent and withdrawal

These terms are governed by Swedish law. The Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement.
