Do you ship to my country?
Yes – Late Nine ships worldwide. Most countries can be selected during checkout. If you can’t find your country, please contact us at hello@late-nine.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Sweden: Orders are sent with PostNord/DHL and delivered to your chosen service point at checkout.
International orders: Shipped with UPS or other couriers depending on destination. Please see alternatives when checking out.

Can I make changes to my order?
We start processing your order immediately, so changes are only possible within a very limited timeframe. During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new releases, we may not be able to make changes in time. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@late-nine.com if you need assistance.

Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout. Please check your spam folder. If still missing, there may have been a typo in your email address—contact us at hello@late-nine.com and we’ll fix it.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Late Nine will take a small handling fee for your return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and we will issue a return slip.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse (longer during peak periods). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
