Normally your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail that can be used to track your order.
Delivery time within EU is estimated in the check-out and differs depending on where you are placing your order. To the rest of the world, delivery time is estimated to 3-5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver. Please read the remainder of this text for more info.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery.
We strongly recommend you use our size guide, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and can avoid returns. Each product has precise measurements provided for every size available. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to contact hello@late-nine.com
In order to make a return / exchange, please always email Hello@late-nine.com with your order number. Clearly mark the package “Returned Goods” if needed in neccessary documents. When you cancel/return a purchase, we refund the value of the product and will take a small processing fee for the return cost.
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery at hello@late-nine.com

Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery. To return an order, please email hello@late-nine.com with your order number and reason for return. All return slips must be provided by Late Nine.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging and labels attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been received.
Shipping fees for uncollected packages will not be covered by ERAS AB (org. no. 559499-1506).
